Julia does not have an internet connection, but enjoys answering all inquiries via postal mail or phone. However, due to the number of inquiries received from all over the country, PLEASE NOTE that YOU MUST state in your phone message that you are willing to accept a collect call from her if your number is outside the local calling area of Windsor, CA. Generally, the best time to reach Julia directly is between 5pm and 6pm. Also make sure your phone isn't set to automatically reject collect calls... Julia has seen this happen more than once!
