Just copy it to the TLWIN (or any) directory, and create an icon to be used to launch it:
<Alt-Tab> to the Program Manager.
Select a group to add the icon to, preferably the same group that the Time Line for Windows icon belongs to. If the group is iconized, double-click on it to open it.
In the Program Manager's File menu, select New and click on OK to create a Program Item. This brings up the Program Item Properties form.
In the Description field, type in 'Getting Started with TLW'. Tab into the Command Line field and type in
WINHELP C:\TLWIN\GETSTART
(If you copied the GETSTART.HLP file to somewhere other than C:\TLWIN, enter that pathname in the above command, instead.)
Hit <Return>. An icon in the shape of a question mark, or the Time Line School icon should be created in the selected group. Double-clicking on this new icon should bring up the Help Text.
